Come meet me for a moment.
About me
I am a profound lover of life — and of the way life feels when you are truly inside it.
Beauty matters to me. Aesthetics matter. Sensuality matters.
I come from a world of fashion and interior design, where I learned to see beauty in the details: light, texture, colour, form, movement, the way a space makes you feel before a single word is spoken. I carry that same sensitivity into the way I experience life.
I live through the senses.
Through skin and touch.
Through movement and music.
Through scent, taste, light and nature.
Through pleasure, desire and intimacy.
Making love to the divine is in all I do; eating food with my fingers, drinking water from my hands or cooking foods. I don't experience the divine as something distant or abstract. I meet it through the body, through beauty, through nature, through sensuality, through creativity, through pleasure, through the mysterious fact of being alive.
This has shaped the way I move through the world. Yoga, somatics, energy work, ritual, travel, movement and years of exploring the human experience have all become part of my language.
But I am not here to heal people.
I activate them.
I create spaces where something already alive inside you can wake up.
Sometimes that happens in stillness.
Sometimes through ceremony.
Sometimes through the body.
Sometimes through a moment of truth.
Sometimes dancing alone on a beach, completely surrendered to the movement, with no one watching.
And sometimes dancing with a community, when something opens between you and a stranger, and suddenly you remember that you were never separate from life in the first place.
I trust those moments.
I trust the body.
I trust pleasure.
I trust beauty.

I am not here to tell you who you are. I am not here to fix you. I am here to create the conditions for you to meet yourself — honestly, sensually and fully.
Sometimes that meeting is beautiful.
Sometimes it is uncomfortable.
Sometimes it cracks something open.
Sometimes it is wildly joyful.
The heart opening — Jaipur
In the slums of Jaipur, a group of children invited me into their little world.
I wasn't looking for anything. I wasn't prepared to receive anything. And somehow, sitting there with them, something in me cracked open.
They sang.
They played.
Their voices moved between Hindi, English and French.
And suddenly I was crying.
Not from sadness. From happiness.
The kind of happiness that doesn't ask permission. The kind that simply arrives.
That afternoon, surrounded by children, I felt unconditional love for the first time. I didn't find it. It found me. And my heart has never quite been the same.
The many lives
I've travelled alone in a self-built van from Montreal to Mexico.
Survived a hurricane.
Travelled through Guatemala.
And met Coco somewhere along the way, who decided she was coming with me.
I've lived through different identities. I lived as queer. Today, I'm less interested in titles. I'm not interested in putting myself back into a box just because I once needed one.
Today, I'm human. That's enough.
I AM.
The alchemy
I don't try to kill the shadow anymore. I thank it.
Because darkness has a funny way of arriving when you least expect it. Not when you're sitting in a therapist's chair, ready to work on yourself. It sneaks in through the people you love.
A word.
A look.
A silence.
The trigger.
I've learned to give the trigger gratitude. Don't kill it. Listen.
Whatever rises in me is mine to meet.
Not yours to fix.
Not yours to carry.
Mine to feel, understand and transform.
This is where alchemy begins for me. Not in becoming lighter. But in having the courage to meet the dark when it appears.
Shadow and light. Both belong at the table.
The body
I've been learning to listen to my body differently. To close my eyes. Stop trying to understand everything. And let movement happen.
It first surprised me during a family constellation, when I felt something move through my body that I had never experienced before. I stopped trying to control it. I let it be. Something opened.
Sometimes the body knows something before the mind has found the words.

Message us on WhatsAppThe call
For a long time, there has been a voice in me saying:
Step up.
Be seen.
Be heard.
Stop hiding.
I'm learning to honour that voice. Not perfectly. Not every day. But enough to keep following it.
The revolution
Authenticity is a quiet revolution.
Especially in a world that gives us so many reasons to edit ourselves. To look younger. Be easier. Be prettier. Be less. Or somehow become more acceptable.
I'm not interested in perfect. I'm interested in real.
The gorgeous bits.
The messy bits.
The contradictions.
The shadow.
The light.
The whole damn thing.
You don't have to perform your healing. You don't have to arrive with the right story. You get to come exactly as you are.
The mystery
There are parts of my life that don't fit neatly into words.
Memories.
Visions.
A sense of having walked this earth before.
There are things I experience that I can't explain. And I've learned not to argue with the mystery. I stay curious. I listen. I let myself be surprised. I embrace all of it. Even the weird.
My world can be an invitation to curiosity, not a belief system.
What I believe
I believe we are more complex than the labels we put on ourselves.
I believe the body speaks.
I believe emotions have something to teach us.
I believe shadow doesn't need to be destroyed.
I believe pleasure has a place at the table.
I believe authenticity is courageous.
I believe curiosity keeps us alive.
I believe we can hold contradictions.
I believe there is room for mystery.
And I believe that being human is already enough.
The woman I am becoming
I am still becoming.
Still remembering.
Still shedding.
Still discovering.
Still being surprised by myself.
This page is not a monument to who I was. It breathes with who I am becoming.
I don't heal you. I activate you.
And then I trust you to meet what wakes up.
